John Adams coffee bar serves up some wonderful, yummy coffee drinks, so sit back with a latte and relax for an hour or so. Mardi Gras Cabaret Lounge & Nightclub is a lively, New Orleans-inspired hot spot, and Napa Wine Bar gives a nod to California’s wine country.

Fun in the Sun Fun in the Sun is what it’s all about during the daytime when sailing Independence of the Seas. Get out on deck and experience H20 Zone, a mini water park complete with erupting geysers and explosive water guns. Refresh in one of 4 pools, or soak in 6 different hot tubs, including one that hangs 12 feet out over the water below. Sports enthusiasts can take in a game of basketball, and the entire family may want to lace up their skates and go ice-skating no matter the weather.

Fitness & Spa Fitness &Pride of America houses the fantastic Mandara Spa, a calm and serene space that emulates that natural beauty of New Mexico and the Southwest. At the Santa Fe Fitness Center, you can work out from 6am to 11pm daily, and even take aerobics classes while sailing.
